Role Summary:
The Supply Planning Transformation Specialist will serve as the dedicated transformation resource responsible for deploying the Future Focused Planning Program across assigned manufacturing sites. This role will drive adoption of a new Target Operating Model (TOM), support change management initiatives, deliver training, and ensure successful implementation of new planning processes, tools, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning Program at assigned manufacturing sites Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the Target Operating Model (TOM) Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against target-state processes Develop and execute site-specific deployment and change management plans Deliver training sessions and capability-building programs for supply planning teams Track and report deployment milestones, KPIs, risks, and overall site progress Identify, manage, and escalate deployment risks and issues as needed Embed new planning processes, tools, and operating procedures to ensure long-term adoption Capture site learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support post-deployment sustainability and hypercare transition activities Collaborate with global supply chain, operations, and site leadership stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment Experience supporting operating model transformation or large-scale business transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, and communication skills Ability to conduct gap assessments and drive practical solutions Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline Change Management certification or formal change management experience Experience supporting manufacturing sites during process transformation initiatives Knowledge of supply chain operating model design and deployment methodologies
