Responsibilities/Expectations:
+ Performs multifaceted tasks and projects of moderate complexity requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria + Supports procurement processes + Handles requisition traffic and procures quality materials/equipment in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures + Coordinates communication between internal customers and vendors + Facilitates the resolution of disputes and claims + Supervises required inspections, expediting and logistics support + Analyzes and reports on market conditions and identifies competitive opportunities to initiate competitive bid process; coordinates and facilitates pre-competitive meetings and provides input to bid awards + Partners with internal stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Projects to align supply chain strategies with business objectives while supporting safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance + Leads transformation and continuous improvement of operational supply chain processes, supporting operations and maintenance through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination to anticipate demand, mitigate supply risk, and improve cost and reliability outcomes + Applies a strategic, forward‑looking mindset to supply chain decision‑making, proactively optimizing sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and long‑term value creation + Other duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a technical fieldSupply Chain Specialist II:
