You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Partnering closely with SCLs to identify, onboard, and develop new supplier partners that accelerate product launches in the ancillary furniture category. Managing supplier relationships and contracts from negotiation through launch. Implementing supply chains that support new product development models and speed‑to‑market strategies. Supporting strategic decision‑making for growth initiatives beyond Steelcase's core manufacturing business. Collaborating with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing to create end‑to‑end solutions for new design launches. Ensuring cost, quality, sustainability, compliance, and design intent are maintained while optimizing localization strategies. Enabling rapid and reliable concept‑to‑commercialization execution across teams.

Minimum Quialifications:

3-5 years of experience in supply chain processes and manufacturing Experience with negotiation and managing supplier-customer relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. Familiarity with supply chain operations such as manufacturing, logistics, quality, and order management. Bachelor's degree. Furniture manufacturing process experience — a strong plus. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams at all levels. Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently within a matrixed environment. Understanding of lean concepts and process flow development.
