2 days in the office What you will do
- Support the development of a Master Resource Plan aligned to demand, ensuring finished goods, raw materials, and components are planned out up to 24 months.
Support capacity planning to identify constraints, risks, and underutilization, and recommend actions to address gaps or cost inefficiencies. Initially focus on a defined product scope, with close coaching and development in supply planning. Work with the Supply Planning Manager to set appropriate inventory levels based on demand variability and lead times. Track execution of the supply plan, ensuring alignment with production and purchasing, and proactively manage risks, back orders, and performance gaps. Ensure proper product phase-in/out planning and communicate portfolio status to the business. Support alignment between supply and demand plans through daily/weekly execution and monthly planning processes. Maintain accurate supply planning master data to enable effective decision-making. Monitor KPIs (plan attainment, inventory health, capacity, back orders, lead time, service levels) and identify root causes with recommendations for improvement. Required
