~50% About the Role Talent Point is hiring a VMS Program Manager to own and operate our vendor management system (VMS) program end to end. You'll manage the day-to-day performance of the program, lead a small team, and serve as the primary point of contact between Talent Point, our clients, and supplier partners. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, with travel (approximately 50%) for client and vendor visits. What You'll Do Own end-to-end administration and performance of the vendor management system (VMS) program, ensuring service levels, compliance, and reporting standards are met. Directly manage and develop a team of employees, setting goals, providing coaching, and overseeing day-to-day workflow. Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor and client issues, resolving conflicts and driving continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers, ensuring compliance with program requirements, rate cards, and service level agreements. Analyze program data and reporting (fill rates, time-to-fill, spend, compliance) to identify trends and recommend improvements. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure the VMS program meets workforce goals. Travel occasionally (~50%) for on-site client meetings, vendor reviews, and program business reviews. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management, MSP/VMS programs, staffing, or a closely related field. Proven experience overseeing or managing employees. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Comfort working with data and reporting to drive decisions. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
