About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by managing the efficient flow of goods and ensuring timely outbound deliveries. You will utilize your expertise in material handling and freight coordination to maintain high standards of accuracy and operational safety. Responsibilities Execute precise material movement using sit-down forklift equipment to optimize warehouse flow. Manage the end-to-end scheduling of freight carriers to ensure seamless shipment transitions. Prepare and secure outgoing inventory, ensuring all packages meet rigorous quality and protection standards. Construct custom wooden crating solutions to facilitate the safe transport of specialized goods. Maintain meticulous shipping records and documentation to ensure total inventory transparency. Support broader warehouse initiatives and facility maintenance to foster a productive work environment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating sit-down forklifts. Proven background in shipping coordination and freight logistics. Proficiency with manual woodworking tools, including drills and saws, for crate fabrication. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Successful completion of pre-employment background and substance screenings. Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management software or digital tracking systems. Prior certification in industrial equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced distribution environments.
