Job Description

About the Role As a Logistics Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is processed with precision and speed. You will play a direct role in driving customer satisfaction by managing the flow of goods from arrival to final dispatch, contributing to the overall efficiency of our distribution operations. Responsibilities Verify incoming freight against documentation to ensure shipment integrity and quality standards. Optimize storage layouts to maximize facility capacity and streamline retrieval processes. Execute order fulfillment tasks, including picking and packing, to guarantee on-time delivery performance. Safely navigate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility. Uphold rigorous safety and housekeeping standards to foster a productive and hazard-free work environment. Participate in routine inventory cycle counts to maintain high levels of stock accuracy. Partner with cross-functional team members to achieve daily throughput targets and operational objectives. Qualifications Required Skills Physical capability to handle and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs consistently. Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume environments. Fundamental proficiency with digital inventory management systems and basic computer tasks. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting. Active certification or formal training in operating industrial warehouse equipment. High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
