Summary of the role As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. Coordinate and oversee daily outbound shipping activities for domestic and international shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Prepare and manage all required international shipping documentation, commercial shipping invoices, packing lists, and required certifications (e.g., certificates of origin, certificates of conformance). Coordinate documentation and shipment details with freight forwarders and carriers to support export declarations, AES filings, customs clearance, and delivery execution. Communicate directly with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange pickups, monitor transit, resolve delays, and track late-day shipments and late carrier pickups. Distribute and prioritize shipping workload throughout the day to meet operational deadlines and departmental objectives. Work closely with Shipping, Customer Service Group, Sales, Trade Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable U.S. and international shipping regulations. Maintain accurate daily shipping logs, documentation retention, and records to support audits and performance tracking. Monitor carrier responsiveness and performance; escalate issues as necessary. Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. Perform all other duties as assigned. Interested?
