IntegraPly® is recognized across the flooring industry for its consistent performance, durability, and value. Integra Wood currently markets and sells IntegraPly® through flooring, building material, and forest product distributors as well as big box retailers. We are a small, fast-growing company looking for individuals who are eager to grow with us and make an immediate impact. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant and Logistics Coordinator at our home office in downtown Charleston, SC. Administrative Tasks Maintain and organize all relevant company records, including purchase documents, import records, sales records, etc. Answer company phones, organize inbound and respond to email inquiries Process and track payments for vendors and customers Perform simple bookkeeping tasks Reconcile monthly inventory balances Prepare and ship product samples to customers Assist in other projects as directed by the CEO Logistics Tasks Process company sales orders Schedule and execute delivery of product with domestic warehouses and freight vendor partners Communicate with IWI sales team with timely shipping status updates Monitor shipment progress and communicate estimated arrival times of all inbound imports File all necessary paperwork with CBP timely Evaluate freight partner performance and make necessary adjustments This position requires prompt communication with logistics partners during business hours. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and customers. Proficiency with office software MS Office and ability to work with logistics or ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Previous experience in logistics coordination, administrative support, or related operations role preferred. Post-secondary degree preferred, but relevant experience with high school diploma may be substituted
