Job Description

General Description:
Monitor and plan secondary requirements using the implemented MRP system and in line with RA business goals. Monitoring the deliveries in terms of quantity and date. Plan and organize necessary trasnsports for EXW/FCA suppliers on time. Verify correctness of movements in the RA system (ASN, releases, etc). Management and coordination of appropriate measures for delivery delay recoveries in agreement with the supplier and internal customer/supplier. Monitor inventory (coverage, obsolescence, etc.) and initiate adequate counter measures Provide support, assistance and substitution within the area of competence. Maintain master data in SAP. Inventory control and compliance with transshipment goals. Maintain supplier contacts. Create BANF orders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Experience in Material Planning is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD modules. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
