Compensation:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour (Starting rate based on experience)Job Type:

Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours may extend to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM until daily work is completed. "All hands on deck" surges required during storm seasons). About the Role We are seeking a driven, proactive, and reliable Counter Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will bridge the gap between our warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service. If you are someone who likes to keep busy, puts forth maximum effort, and thrives in a hands-on environment, you'll fit right in.Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Counter Sales:
Assist walk-in customers, roofers, contractors, and homeowners. Take phone calls, handle inquiries, and process customer orders accurately.Operations & Logistics:
Help coordinate transportation, manage back-order reports, and enter incoming/outgoing orders into the system.Product Knowledge:
Work daily with building products, roofing materials, shingles, and siding.Proactive Work Ethic:
Maintain an organized work environment, keep yourself busy during downtime, and consistently put forth great effort.Emergency Responsiveness:
Work closely with the team during critical weather/storm surges where "all hands on deck" are required to support our clients' urgent supply needs.Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in roofing, siding, or building materials is highly preferred. However, we are completely willing to train the right person with a teachable attitude and a strong work ethic.Traits:
Proactive, driven, and dependable. You must be someone who takes initiative without needing constant supervision.Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to start early (6:45 AM) and stay until the job is done for the day (occasionally up to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM depending on workload).Communication:
