We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent administrative skills, and a strong understanding of dental terminology. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing world-class care. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth daily operations, optimize patient flow, and enhance overall patient experience. Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients by building strong relationships and responding to patient needs Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and text providing an exceptional experience to every patient Schedule patient appointments appropriately using the dental practice management software Open Dental Communicate with patients to collect necessary patient information such as health history, consents, insurance information and update their records accordingly Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Proven experience in dental office management or clinic experience with strong knowledge of dental terminology Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Open Dental or similar programs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy (10 key typing). Experience with dental records management, clinic scheduling, dental administrative support, and front desk operations within a dental or healthcare environment. Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and filing.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
