Logistics Coordinator Location :
Marion, South Carolina Join the Explore Industries Team! We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and provide onsite support for our Distribution Center located at our Marion, South Carolina Manufacturing Facility. About the Role A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the shipment of fiberglass swimming pools and pool equipment to homeowners and distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves scheduling deliveries, coordinating drivers, organizing pilot cars, obtaining permits for oversized loads, and communicating with our Customer Service Team and customers regarding each shipment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. What You ll Do Maintain the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries that align with customer schedules. Schedule drivers and pilot cares for escorting of oversized loads. Collaborate with permit agencies to secure permits in advance for oversized deliveries. Ensure DOT compliance by verifying that drivers necessary items for each delivery. Coordinate preventive maintenance events on truck and trailer assets. Develop weekly P&L reporting for deliveries. Conduct pre-departure inspections.

Looking For Education and Skills:
Associate s degree. 1+ years of logistics experience. Experience managing strict deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Comfortable working outdoors 50% of the time. Previous experience in the pool industry preferred. CRM experience (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive results. Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Collaborative team player with the ability to build meaningful relationships internally and externally. Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful and able to work independently to drive results. Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation Base Salary Range:
$54,000 - $60,000 annually Actual compensation will be based on experience and job-related skills.
