Job Description

As a Receiving Specialist , you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain within a power electronics manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities involve receiving, verifying, and storing various goods and materials. Let's delve into the details:
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Processing :
Receive incoming shipments, inspect them, and verify their contents against purchase orders. Ensure accurate documentation of received goods. Safely handle and process materials, including power electronics components.
Inventory Management :
Maintain accurate records of received items. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies. Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Storage and Organization :
Safely store goods in designated locations within the warehouse. Follow proper storage protocols to maintain product quality. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move items as needed.
Safety and Compliance :
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly. Conduct routine maintenance checks on receiving equipment.
Collaboration :
Coordinate with shipping and other teams to facilitate seamless warehouse operations. Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to incoming shipments.
Essential Skills:
Attention to detail: Accurate verification of goods is critical.
Organizational skills:
Efficiently manage inventory and storage.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment:

Qualifications:
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is beneficial
