PMeducation:
AssociateResponsibilities Must Have:
2•4 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics/extrusion preferred).
Master Scheduling:
Develop, maintain, and optimize daily and long-term production schedules for all extrusion and converting lines.
Capacity Management:
Manage the plant capacity chart to drive equipment utilization, strategic decisions, and accurate labor planning.
Material Procurement:
Order and manage all raw production materials, including resins, additives, and consumables, to prevent line interruptions.
Inventory Control:
Track material consumption, manage safety stock levels, and coordinate directly with suppliers on lead times and cost accuracy.
Data Optimization:
Review and troubleshoot MRP outputs, BOM issues, and production data to ensure absolute system accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Production Supervisors and Maintenance teams to seamlessly adjust schedules for machine constraints, maintenance, or client changes.
Nice-to-Have:
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

Experience with extrusion, converting, or flexible plastics manufacturing.
