$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Full-time Position Overview SmallBiz Staffing is hiring a Distribution Associate for a local distribution facility. This position involves repacking parts into boxes with dunnage to prepare them for shipping. Key Responsibilities Repack and organize parts with protective materials (dunnage) for shipment Maintain an organized and efficient workstation Follow safety guidelines and quality standards Perform repetitive wrist movements and stand for extended periods of time Requirements Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and strong attendance Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods 1 year of forklift experience preferred (not required) English language proficiency preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Consistent full-time hours Friendly and supportive local staffing team
