Can you keep a melt schedule humming? Real Alloy in Loudon, Tennessee is seeking a Production Supply Planner who ensures materials are available exactly when production needs them—no sooner, no later. Your challenge Picture the path from truck gate to furnace to pour deck. You'll coordinate inbound loads, confirm receipts, and stage distribution to operations while planning and managing raw materials through the melting and pouring process. When priorities shift, you rebalance quickly—keeping production on pace. What success looks like Reliable material availability aligned to the production schedule. Smooth day-to-day coordination of incoming loads, receipts, and internal distribution. Disciplined planning for the melt and pour sequence. Visible gains from continuous improvement efforts. What you need Industrial setting experience required. Prior metals experience preferred. Commitment to continuous improvement.
