Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional Scheduling Coordinator to act as the vital link between our customers and logistics operations. In this role, you will use advanced scheduling software to coordinate the timely delivery, pickup, and relocation of equipment. If you thrive in an office environment, have great phone etiquette, and love solving puzzles, we want to hear from you!
Position Highlights Pay Rate:
$19.00 / hour
Position Type:
Full-Time, Temporary Environment:
Comfortable, sedentary office role (no extensive standing, walking, or heavy lifting).
Dress Code:
Business Casual (Jeans and clean tennis shoes allowed; no rips, holes, or Crocs).
Interviews:
In-Person or Virtual options available.
salary:
$18 - $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors open orders in assigned geographic area(s). Calls or Emails customers to schedule deliveries, pickups and relocations. Coordinates schedules with delivery supervisors and third party logistics partners. Updates delivery notes to provide detailed information to drivers. Adds Oracle orders to Descartes if the auto load process fails. Coordinates activities with Senior Scheduler. Manages hot orders. Reschedules aborted transactions. Manages cancelled order process. Creates Manual orders in the delivery system when needed. Updates issue log. Monitors failed install call report and schedules service calls as appropriate. Monitors and acts on other reports as needed (RMA Report, Staging Report) Performs other duties as assigned.
