Job Title Production Planner Office Location Brookshire, TX Business Function/Department Power Electronics Systems/ Production Planning Sales Territory, if applicable N/A General Role Description Plan and schedule short

• and long-term manufacturing processes for large industrial power electronics equipment Role Accountabilities
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to client orders
• Plan and coordinate production activities to improve runtime, in collaboration with production management
• Develop and review production plans with managers for approval
• Adjust assembly build plans to ensure production goals are achieved
• Report material availability data and conditions affecting production continuity to production team as needed
• Review material shortage data and communicate with the Senior Production Planner for resolution
• Produce shortage reports and collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure parts are available to meet production demands
• Review capacity demands and provide feedback to the Senior Production Planner to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels to meet planned inventory goals
• Develop and issue materials and parts requisitions
• Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for marshalling
• Update scheduling spreadsheets and production charts
• Utilize ERP system to generate assembly work orders General Employee Accountabilities
• Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager
• Give manager best advice
• Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified
• Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager

• Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes Requirements Minimum Qualifications
• Associate's degree or equivalent via education and/or work experience
• 2 years of production planning experience in an assembly production environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
• Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and an ERP system
• Availability to travel, less than 5%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in Oracle
