In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end processes of international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise in supply chain management, freight coordination, and regulatory reporting will be vital to maintaining seamless import and export operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to global trade activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence across all transportation channels. Duties Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight booking. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, OSHA standards (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor transportation management systems to optimize delivery schedules and reduce risks. Prepare detailed reports on shipment status, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes. Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities, including regulatory reporting documentation and audit-ready files. Quality control and Inventory experience a plus. Qualifications Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or import/export operations. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards relevant to international shipping. Familiarity with freight management systems, transportation management software, and fleet management tools. Excellent report writing skills with the ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive documentation. Spanish a plus. Understanding of regulatory compliance management practices within global trade environments. Ability to coordinate effectively while adhering to strict deadlines.
