is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Statistics/Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production data, forecasting manufacturing requirements, and developing production schedules to ensure efficient operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in production planning software.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze production data to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Implement strategies to minimize production delays and optimize workflow. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels. Prepare reports on production efficiency, capacity utilization, and adherence to production schedules. Complete the SAP system accounting according to the work flow card and handover slip information of workshop every day. According to the production plan and the actual production situation, complete the daily production report statistics. Be responsible for the attendance statistics of employees in the department and submit them to the Personnel Administration Department. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing statistics. Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Salary and Benefits:
Hourly Range:
