You must already live in the El Paso metropolitan area to be considered for this role. Relocation is not included for this position. Sponsorship is not included for this role: we are not able to consider anyone who is on a current work visa or who will require a work visa in the future. What will you do? Ensure needs and resources are balanced (MRP) for raw material and components Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material delivery on time Day to day PO placement and management of deliveries, including weekly calls and daily communication with suppliers Monitor inventory levels against targeted levels Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages Support stock discrepancies analysis and drive correct actions to improve the process Who will you report to? Supply Chain Planning Supervisor (External)
English Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education 3+ years of direct experience in purchasing, upstream planning and inventory management Previous experience on ERP system such as: AMAPS or SAP Business understanding of supply chain, value streams, reporting and forecasts Strong leadership and change management skills Strong influence and convincing skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite What's in it for me?
