About the Role We are seeking independent contractor teams to manage final-mile logistics and professional installation for high-end home goods. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing seamless delivery and expert assembly services for fitness equipment, outdoor structures, and recreational gear. Responsibilities Coordinate the pickup of products from distribution centers and execute timely, professional deliveries to residential locations. Perform precise on-site assembly and installation of complex items, including basketball systems, fitness machines, and home furniture, adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines. Utilize mobile technology to manage service orders, document completion status, and capture necessary customer verification. Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction upon delivery. Operate as a reliable, independent service provider with the flexibility to select assignments that align with your team's specific capabilities and equipment. Ensure all site work is performed safely, leaving the customer's space clean and the product fully operational. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to function as a two-person delivery and installation team. Ownership of a reliable vehicle suitable for large-item transport and a comprehensive set of professional tools. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Ability to pass necessary background screenings and drug testing protocols. Proficiency in using smartphone applications for job management and digital reporting. Preferred Skills Demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly or skilled trade installation. Current DOT compliance and active MC authority for interstate operations. Existing Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets industry standards for logistics providers. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting assembly challenges on-site.
