In this energetic role, you will support the seamless flow of goods, manage inventory accuracy, and enhance supply chain processes across multiple functions. Your proactive approach will help ensure efficient warehouse distribution, transportation planning, and order fulfillment, contributing directly to our company's success. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management activities, including stock counting, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain accurate records. Support warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate transportation management tasks including scheduling shipments, tracking freight movements, and liaising with carriers or 3PL providers. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) to monitor inventory levels and optimize logistics workflows. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain data and suggesting efficiencies in procurement, sourcing, or distribution procedures. Help oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for shipments. Support demand planning efforts by analyzing sales trends and inventory data to forecast future needs accurately. Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations. Experience with inventory control systems, ERP platforms (such as SAP or AS400), and warehouse management systems (WMS). Familiarity with transportation planning tools, freight management, and dispatching procedures. Ability to operate forklifts or other materials handling equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in supply chain analytics tools or CMMS software. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes. Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
