Job Description
- Vendor Program Sr. Analyst
- The Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's third-party risk management policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities and Duties
- + Drives performance and conducts oversight of vendor risk management lifecycle activities including risk assessment, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and termination + Oversees activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure compliance + Reviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systems + Performs analysis for program reporting and metrics and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- + 2+ years' experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- + 3+ years' experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance + Bachelor's Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline + Masters / Advance Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline + Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) + Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint + Experience with Coupa Risk Assess system preferred + Knowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies preferred \#LI-VM1 Related Skills Accountability, Communication, Critical Thinking, Due Diligence, Executive Presence, General Risk Management, Influence, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, Vendor / Partner Management •

Base Pay Range:
$59,800/yr - $83,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). _____________________________________________________________________________________________________- Company Overview
