Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The Logistics Coordinator supports daily transportation and customer operations by tracking loads, coordinating with agents and carriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, managing shipment documentation, and providing responsive customer service. This role requires strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to maintain accurate shipment records and reporting. Responsibilities Track all iing and outgoing loads and update shipment status in real time Communicate with drivers, agents, and carrier partners regarding appointments and load progress Schedule pickups and deliveries based on operational requirements and customer needs Upload PODs and related shipment documents into the internal system quickly and accurately Maintain and update spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets for load logs, trackers, and reporting Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactivemunication about shipment details Verify order accuracy, shipping instructions, and documentationpleteness Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure shipments are prepared and dispatched on schedule Identify issues such as missing documents or discrepancies and escalate or resolve as appropriate Support general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, shipping, or a related role Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including sorting, filtering, formulas, and d document use Strongmunication and customer service skills Detail?oriented with stronganizational abilities Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast?moving environment Experience with TMS or WMS systems preferred but not required Reliable and able to follow established processes Work Environment Office setting within a warehouse or distribution facility Frequent interaction with warehouse staff, carriers, agents, and customers Computer?based responsibilities with steady documentation handling

Pay Details:
