Shipping & Receiving

Diversified is hiring for Shipping & Receiving candidates for our Midlothian Area. Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm Pay $18-$20 Will train in Grand Prarie and transfer to Midlothian.

Key Responsibilities Logistics & Scheduling:

Check in drivers, schedule inbound and outbound loads, and maintain daily schedules. Follow up with carriers regarding missed or late pickups.

Freight Processing:

Load, unload, and stage products using warehouse equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Verify shipments for accuracy and prepare materials for transit (banding, stretch-wrapping, etc.).

Data Entry & Compliance:

Monitor daily emails, process paperwork (bills of lading, packing slips, freight bills), and maintain accurate logs. Report on ISO conformances and handle account-specific scheduling issues.

Inventory Control:

Utilize RF scanners to pull, stock, and restock inventory. Reconcile inventory and report any discrepancies.

Customer Service & Communication:

Act as an extension of the customer by providing professional verbal and written communication. Initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs) to resolve or prevent service issues

Required Skills & Qualifications Work Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse, 3PL , or office clerical setting.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong data entry accuracy, and experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERPs.

Physical & Equipment Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift required loads, and safely operate material handling equipment (such as stand-up forklifts and reach trucks).

Soft Skills:
