In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in supply chain management, transportation planning, and warehouse operations to optimize our logistics processes. Your bilingual skills will enable seamless communication across diverse teams and international partners, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory control, and vendor management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements and supply chain analytics that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, SQL, and ERP systems to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Coordinate transportation management activities, including freight planning, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations, and dispatching to ensure timely delivery. Manage warehouse distribution, inventory control, and materials handling processes utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Oversee procurement activities such as sourcing, category management, pricing negotiations, and vendor management to optimize purchasing strategies. Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand planning, production scheduling, and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. Monitor shipping & receiving operations, including freight forwarding, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), and e-commerce logistics workflows. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles with a strong understanding of warehouse experience and transportation systems. Demonstrated proficiency with analysis skills using SQL, Tableau, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), and transportation management systems. Hands-on knowledge of inventory management techniques including inventory control, stocking strategies, and materials management. Familiarity with procurement processes such as sourcing, vendor negotiations, contracts, and category management. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment like forklifts and mechanical handling tools is a plus. Strong communication skills in both English and the second language (bilingual proficiency required).
