What You Will Do:
Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate CEC scheduling data to ensure we meet our Engine Induction and Shipment plan. Manage Each Gate to the defined Gated Start and Close (Example- Inductions to G1 close, or Material Clear to G2 Roll). Develop a roadmap by Gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments. Monitor Engine Mix and Engine Hours to support a forward growth plan. Work alongside Operations to drive overall efficiency and Engine Readiness. Manage out of sequence work event and how to line load/sequence when needed. (test cell rejects, quick turn campaigns). What We Are Looking For Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience to include operations or MRO or an Advanced Degree and 6 months experience to include operations or MRO or High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience to include operations or MRO.
