Purpose:

As the New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner you will be responsible for all the planning of NPI and Supply Chain Data Analytics. The role will build effective relationships with leaders across the business and have a strong focus on our foundational "Do Work, Love Strong" culture.

Shift & Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Manage the PIPO (phase in phase out) process to support NPI. Utilize ERP system to evaluate inventory, product supply, manufacturing process and workflow. Contribute to project readiness by working on NPI projects tasks in designated IT systems. Collect, monitor and analyze Supply Chain data to plan, schedule and source new products into production. Assist in the investigation of root cause analysis and develop solutions to drive process improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to create win-win solutions.

Qualifications:

Applied knowledge of forecasting, transportation, supply chain, and inventory management ERP related experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheet functions for supply chain analytics and data processing Business and technical acumen
