  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team.
In this role, you will orchestrate the seamless movement of goods, manage warehouse distribution, and optimize transportation processes to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy. Your proactive approach will support procurement, vendor management, and supply chain analytics initiatives, contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinate transportation management activities, including freight scheduling, dispatching, and route planning using transportation management systems. Oversee warehouse operations such as shipping & receiving, inventory control, materials handling, and warehouse management. Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving logs, inventory movements, contracts, and vendor communications for audit readiness. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics coordination within a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
