The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy in logistics and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Process shipping documents, bills of lading, purchase orders, and invoices Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and receiving records within NetSuite Support Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice reconciliation, matching, and vendor communication Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies as needed Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations Prepare reports related to logistics, inventory, and operational activities Communicate with warehouse, procurement, and accounting teams to ensure efficient workflow Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Qualifications 3+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, supply chain, or related operational experience Required experience with NetSuite ERP system Required Accounts Payable (AP) experience Strong understanding of shipping documentation and inventory processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing operations Familiarity with inventory control and vendor management processes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) matching Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off, plus nine national holidays Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Pet Insurance Community Service Outreach The Amlon Group is an equal opportunity employer.
