PRODUCTION PLANNER

Our Production Planner is responsible for developing and executing production plans in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Ensures alignment between demand, production, and material availability. Drives schedule adherence, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity Align plans with S&OP and customer requirements to support OTIF Optimize line utilization and minimize downtime Communicate schedule changes and impacts proactively Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging to support production Partner with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent shortages. Monitor inventory levels and Days on Hand (DOH) Drive

FIFO/FEFO

compliance Execute planning activities in SAP (PP/MM) Manage production orders and confirmations Support COGI resolution and reblend processes Analyze SAP data for inventory and planning accuracy Track schedule attainment and production efficiency Identify root causes of production deviation Develop reporting tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI) Partner with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service Communicate risks and recovery plans Support continuous improvement initiatives Schedule Attainment OTIF Line Utilization Inventory

Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field 4 + years of production planning experience in manufacturing Strong SAP (PP/MM) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be flexible with after hours and weekends Advanced Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS Attention to detail Analytical problem solving and strong analytical mindset Knowledge of manufacturing operations and material usage Accountable and reliable Process discipline Detail oriented with high level of accuracy Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Join US!
