In this role, you will be an essential part of the team, guiding installation projects smoothly from start to finish. You'll handle important tasks such as scheduling installs, managing pre-install preparations, handling paperwork, and maintaining clear communication between customers, production crews, and production management. This position is ideal if you thrive on structure, consistency, and effective communication while embracing the occasional challenge that keeps your workday interesting. You'll proactively track progress, address issues, and help production teams stay fully engaged and productive. The Project Coordinator takes pride in being a dependable team player who keeps operations on track and appreciates the satisfaction of well-organized workflows. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality will help you succeed and stand out. What You Offer Knowledge of project management and/or customer service principles and practices. Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills. Skill in organizing data, technical information, various project details, and a customer database. Associates Degree preferred and 1+ years of experience in project management and/or customer service OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
