Friday Job Duties:
Coordinates bonded warehouse withdrawals in conjunction production and shipping schedules. Analyzes incoming shipment documentation for demand needs. Submits bonded withdrawal documentation to brokerage firm for immediate withdrawal as determined by company production and shipping schedule. Maintains bonded documentation associated with bonded warehouse for review by Customs and Border Patrol upon demand. Analyzes and tracks inventory flow from bonded warehouse to specific work orders for export and duty drawback. Helps coordinate bonded export shipments, including end customer final export documents. Learns and understands work order generation and work order demand. Is a back-up to the Supply Chain Manager for production scheduling and schedule maintenance. Assists with export shipment documentation and coordination needs.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, demand planning, logistics, or supply chain coordination preferred. Experience working with bonded warehouses, customs documentation, or duty drawback processes is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret shipment documentation and forecast material demand. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate bonded warehouse records and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments, external brokerage firms, and regulatory agencies. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Familiarity with export documentation, customs compliance, and bonded warehouse regulations preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
