Logistics is a critical part of that trajectory. Every shipment plays a role in protecting trust, reducing downtime, and ensuring providers receive the right equipment, on time, and fully compliant.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage shipping logistics for medical aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories Track, trace, and troubleshoot shipments with a proactive mindset, especially high-priority or time-sensitive orders Interface daily with our sales team, fulfillment partners, and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery execution Maintain accuracy in shipment records, inventory tracking, and product flow Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities in freight and fulfillment operations Support logistics process improvements as the company scales—build playbooks, optimize workflows, and document procedures Expect to help the team hit critical timelines, manage launches, and handle urgent issues
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of logistics experience Proficiency with inventory and order management systems Excellent communication skills—you're clear, responsive, and professional under pressure Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality Willingness to be on call for early, late, or weekend shipment coverages. Communicative forward thinker, willing to ask questions and communicate issues with the team as appropriate. Why Join Us?
