Job Description

Transportation Specialist St. George, Utah Assisted Living Community Do you enjoy helping others, staying active, and making a meaningful difference every day? Our assisted living community in St. George is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and upbeat Transportation Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, loves driving, and takes pride in creating positive experiences for others. You'll play an important role in helping our residents maintain independence and stay connected to their appointments, activities, and community.
What You'll Do:
Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and scheduled outings Assist residents in and out of vehicles and buildings with care and patience Help maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained community vehicles Complete daily, weekly, and monthly assigned tasks Support staff and residents with approved errands and additional duties as needed Create a welcoming, respectful, and positive experience for residents and families
What We're Looking For and Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors Dependable, professional, and team-oriented personality Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to assist wherever needed and represent the community professionally Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
