Logistics Coordinator

[Job Summary] Responsible for coordinating domestic shipments, managing logistics operations, and supporting production workflow. [Key Responsibilities] Coordinate outbound shipments (LTL / FTL) Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers Prepare shipping documents (BOL, packing list, invoices) Track all shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies Maintain communication with warehouses, drivers, and suppliers Assist with inventory coordination and production scheduling Support general factory operations as needed [Requirements] 1+ year logistics / warehouse experience preferred Familiar with US domestic shipping processes Basic Excel and email communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
