Seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock rotation, shipping, distribution, and inventory tracking. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, reports, and data within internal systems and databases. Coordinate with vendors, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure timely material movement and order fulfillment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, layout efficiency, and workflow performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, warehouse procedures, and operational standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Support asset management and operational goals through cross-functional collaboration. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when required. Assist with additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 4+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience. Experience with inventory management, stock control, and warehouse reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS or warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Forklift operating experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in an active warehouse environment while maintaining safety standards.
