Evening hours and Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Exterior Source | Bath Source is hiring an Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing home improvement team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys phone-based customer service, appointment setting, scheduling, follow-up calls, and working in a goal-oriented environment. You will make outbound calls, answer inbound calls, follow up with homeowners, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments when needed. What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and follow up with interested leads.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule in-home consultations with our Project Specialists.
- Use a proven script and process to gather accurate customer and project information.
- Enter call notes, lead details, appointment updates, and outcomes into our CRM/scheduling system.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, email, and scheduling tools to support appointment coordination.
- Meet performance goals related to call volume, contact rate, appointment setting, rescheduling, and customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Exterior Source | Bath Source professionally.
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable making outbound calls and answering inbound calls.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Outlook, email, and basic computer programs.
- Able to follow a script, ask questions, and accurately enter information.
- Motivated by clear goals, team success, and personal performance expectations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached.
- Prior call center, appointment setting, scheduling, customer service, hospitality, telemarketing, inside sales, or home services experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work on a computer and phone for extended periods.
- Frequent typing and phone/headset use.
- Ability to clearly hear and communicate by phone.
- Ability to stay focused and accurate during periods of high call volume.
