Fleet Coordinator - Full Time Cavalier Logistics - Dulles, VA Posted on 06/09/26 (

229) Fleet Coordinator Cavalier Logistics, established in 1985, specializes in full-service logistics solutions to meet today's demanding environment. We are a premier provider of global transportation, warehousing and logistics services with headquarters in Virginia, multiple offices throughout the United States and an international office in London. Cavalier Logistics Dulles, VA office is seeking a detail-orientated andanized Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations, equipment maintenance, and driverpliance with DOT regulations. The Fleet Coordinator will help ensure fleet efficiency, safety, and cost-effective operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor fleet utilization and performance Scle preventative maintenance, repairs and inspection Maintain accurate records for registrations, insurance, permits and service history Track fuel, mileage, GPS and telematics data Preparing reports for IFTA submission Ensurepliance with DOT andpany safety regulations Communicate with vendors and mechanics Prepare reports for fleet performance
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in fleet coordination logistics, transportation or dispatch operation Stronganizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check
Education:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
