Role Overview:
Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa. Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable. Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures. Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas. Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily. Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac. Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment. Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies. Collect and transport specimens and time-sensitive materials between locations within set timelines.
Key Qualification & Core Skills:
Able to optimally communicate. Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem solving skills.
