Acquisition Analyst III Hot Job Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage None Category Professional Services Apply Description Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the United States Army and PEO Soldier. The candidate will support the development of DOD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for
ACAT II - IV DOD
Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance oe higher.
Responsibilities :
Executes acquisition management across an entire product line Coordinates products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases Able to prepare, configure and staff all Milestone documentation Assists with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations Leads and provides oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations Assists in providing contract oversight for assigned products Maintains and manages the program budget and master schedule Identifies cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents Leads tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination Coordinates contracting actions with local procurement contracting officers Performs acquisition strategy requirements
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree Minimum 8 years' experience in DOD acquisition Knowledge of and experience with
DODI 5000.02
