Logistics Specialist Cruz Associates, Inc. United States, Virginia, port s May 28, 2026 Cruz Associates, Inc. is looking for an Aircraft Life Cycle Logistics Support - Level 4 to join our team at Fort Eustis, Virginia.
Scope:
Provide senior expert level aircraft logistic support for the development, integration, and sustainment for all
SOA MH-47, MH-60, A/MH- 6, SOA
Fixed Wing, and SOA UAS aircraft. Successful performance requires expert knowledge and experience of the integrated defense acquisition, technology, and logistics life cycle management framework, as well as knowledge and experience with Performance Based Service Contracting methodologies and execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Material Fielding Plans and Product Support Plans for fielding and life-cycle sustainment for
SOA MH-47, MH-60, A/MH-6, SOA
Fixed Wing, and SOA UAS aircraft. Prepare (or review for accuracy), complex requisitions and delivery order requests and coordinate with other offices and services for the acquisition and delivery of components. Requisition standard items from the military wholesale supply system. Develop complex solicitation documents, for the award of new system and component production and repair contracts, including market research studies, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), technical evaluations of proposals, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives and Performance Work Statements. Prepare Business Case Analyses to determine best strategies to implement Performance Based Service contracts. Organize and participate in Program Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM), Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) planning meetings, and Preliminary & Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR). Develop detailed recommendations as to maintenance concepts, initial provisioning, and sustainment spares as required on the developmental systems. Advise the PM on the Army processes and policies related to configuration management and updating efforts to Army technical publications, including the MWOs, ECPs, and Army 2028 processes. Provide aircraft level field service support to the 160th SOAR (if required by individual delivery order). Provide liaison support to TAKO, SOFSA, SIMO, AMSB, and others as directed with respect to logistics and sustainment contract actions. Develop or modify web-based tracking tools to coordinate and monitor schedules, and to ensure schedule targets are met.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years' experience working in military acquisition logistics is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical field is desired. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Special Operations Aviation is required. Secret or Interim Secret security clearance is required.
