Capabilities Integration Officers, with emphasis on USMC material requirements, POM/AAO analysis, capabilities/gaps/solutions, JCIDS documentation, and TFSMS support. Primary Responsibilities Document USMC material requirements and draft requirement-related products for Government review and approval. Conduct analysis to validate and adjust Approved Acquisition Objectives and support POM funding initiatives and budget exhibit reviews. Coordinate with operating forces to identify capability gaps, proposed solutions, risk areas, and warfighting capability impacts. Facilitate communication between

Draft and support JCIDS documents, Concepts of Employment, Operational Mode Summaries/Mission Profiles, capability briefs, and information papers.
