11:30 AM - 7:00 PM Must have open availability Position Overview Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented andanized Logistics Specialist to support daily operations for RXO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The Logistics Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth transportation operations by coordinating shipments,municating with drivers and customers, and monitoring loads from pickup through delivery. Strongmunication skills, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities Enter and manage customer orders within the Freight Optimizer system Maintain accurate customer profiles and shipment records Route and dispatch loads while providing clear instructions to drivers Monitor pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time, damage-free service Communicate load status updates to customers, receivers, and internal teams Handle driver check calls and verify delivery details for accuracy Investigate and document overages, shortages, or damages Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments as needed Collaborate with account managers to resolve issues and manage load acceptance Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience General knowledge of the transportation or supply chain industry
Preferred:

Pay Details:
$117.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
