Job Description

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to join their team. As a Specialist, Logistics, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting dispatch, billing, and financial oversight functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 6:00 pm EST Monday
  • Saturday (one day off out of the week) What's the Job?
Own and manage weekly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely submission to Finance Audit and validate delivery routes, stops, and service data across multiple systems to confirm billable activity Review and reconcile billable vs. non-billable stops, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client agreements Identify and capture additional revenue opportunities including revisits and value-added services tied to existing order numbers Support revenue projections, forecasting, and financial analysis for operational leadership What's Needed? 4+ years of customer service or operations experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead role Minimum 1 year of dispatch/logistics experience (routing, monitoring routes, working with delivery teams) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in a call center or high-volume operations environment preferred Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form What's in it for me?
