Home LLC:
Hospital to Home LLC is a mission-driven medical transport provider focused on bridging the gap between acute care and home health. We deliver high-quality, patient-centered services that support recovery, and improve outcomes for patients transitioning from hospital to home.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and stock all units and facilities. Perform vehicle inspections, ensuring vehicles meet defined company requirements. Accurately receive, inspect, sort, and document shipments in accordance with defined company procedures. Conduct routine inventory of supplies and equipment. Assign units and equipment to incoming crews. Safely operate and drive H2H vehicles to and from service areas or in support of company operations. Maintain accurate records for quality assurance. Operate computer systems that provide logistic support information for supplies and accounting functions. Ensure the security of restricted supplies and areas in accordance with defined company procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Conditions:
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
REQUIRED.
All employees, unless able to furnish an accommodation letter, are required to complete field orientation, which may involve stooping, bending, climbing, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting as a team. It requires regular lifting of up to 250 pounds as a team, as well as the ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
Conditions of Employment:
Candidates selected for employment are subject to a fingerprint-based background screening, as required by the Virginia Office of EMS. Candidates who refuse to be fingerprinted will be denied employment with H2H Emergency Services.
