travel required, including potential travel up to two weeks at a time Position Summary The APSR/Accountable Property Senior Integration Analyst provides senior-level logistics, accountable property, and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) subject matter expertise in support of Naval Special Warfare Command's property management program. This position supports the implementation, sustainment, training, troubleshooting, and data integrity of the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), currently DPAS, across multiple NSWC functional areas and commodities. The Senior Integration Analyst serves as a certified DPAS trainer designated by the DPAS Program Office and provides hands-on support to Accountable Property Officers, Responsible Officers, property custodians, and other users across the NSWC enterprise. The role requires experience with DPAS modules, accountable property cataloging, APSR peripheral equipment, requisition support, inventory accountability, OM&S, General Equipment, and property management process improvement. Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior
APSR/DPAS
subject matter expert supporting NSWC property accountability, logistics operations, and audit readiness requirements. Provide classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training to APSR users and custodians on DPAS functionality, property transactions, inventory processes, reporting, reconciliation, and equipment use. Train users on at least three DPAS modules, including Property Accountability, Warehouse Management, Material Management/ICP, and Maintenance & Utilization. Support Accountable Property Officers and Responsible Officers with monthly, quarterly, annual, and spot inventory planning and execution. Assist with APSR data extractions, data manipulation, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools. Verify the accuracy of APSR transactions, including receipts, stowage, issues, transfers, disposals, and inventory adjustments. Conduct causative research on misplaced property, data discrepancies, historical records, transfer documentation, and APSR transaction history. Support

functionality, including requisition execution and troubleshooting for MFP-2 and MFP-11 equipment, material, and supplies. Provide expertise in accountable property cataloging using Web

Catalog Request Module, Equipment Management Interface, and FED LOG. Assist with the deployment, configuration, testing, and training of APSR peripheral equipment, including handheld terminals, tethered scanners, signature pads, label printers, tablets, barcode scanners, and related AIT equipment. Support the establishment and improvement of local property management procedures, SOPs, storage location layouts, item marking, cataloging, and barcode labeling. Assist with managing and implementing accountability requirements for Operating Materials & Supplies, General Equipment, repair parts, inventory for resale, clothing, textiles, and other NSWC-managed commodities. Support APSR help desk functions by responding to user questions, documenting issues, tracking actions taken, and helping resolve APSR, property management, and logistics process challenges. Assist in identifying DPAS system change requests, trouble tickets, and capability shortfalls based on user needs and operational requirements. Support inspection preparation, Logistics Management Assist/Inspection efforts, audit readiness, FIAR-related property accountability requirements, and compliance with applicable DoD, Navy, SOCOM, and NSWC guidance. Maintain professional communication with military, civilian, and contractor personnel in a fast-paced operational environment. Required Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. Valid passport. DPAS trainer certification designated by the DPAS Program Office. Minimum of three years of DoD experience training users on at least three of the following DPAS modules: DPAS Property Accountability, DPAS Warehouse Management, DPAS Material Management / ICP, DPAS Maintenance & Utilization Minimum of five years of DoD experience providing logistics support to users of major DoD systems and/or logistics operations. Minimum of five years of DoD experience deploying, using, and training users on APSR peripheral equipment, including handheld terminals, tethered scanners, signature pads, label printers, or similar AIT equipment. Desired Skills and Attributes Strong understanding of Navy, SOCOM, and NSW accountable property policies and auditability requirements. Experience supporting property accountability for high-value, sensitive, mission-critical, serial-numbered, pilferable, or operationally unique assets. Ability to interpret and apply property management guidance, local procedures, SOPs, and audit requirements. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to APSR data integrity, inventory reconciliation, transaction errors, and logistics system challenges. Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in administrative, technical, and logistics support tasks. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with stringent timelines. Work Environment and Travel This position is embedded with assigned NSWC property management support activities at JEB Little Creek. Telework may be available only with prior written Government approval. The position may require travel to CONUS and
OCONUS NSWC
activities, including emergent travel of up to 14 days to support property management requirements, training events, APSR implementation, or continuity of operations.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $78,500.00 per year
