Job Description
The Operations Logistics Coordinator has the primary responsibility of providing support by completing tasks that support summer programs, such coordination, collaboration, management of documents, schedules, materials, events, transportation, medical needs and/or assisting with special projects as assigned. Responsibilities Overseeing the systems which support all camps during the summer (van schedules and per diem driver schedules, trip gear, canoe trailers, communications) Assist in management of all camp events Support the collection, printing, and distribution of information including Emergency Action Plans throughout camps, and American Camp Association accreditation documentation Under direction of Operations Director, coordinate the distribution of all camp resources to where they are needed
